Philosophy

Ideally well-run organizations have motivated employees who all work together for one common goal - the success of the company.

In reality this is often not the case.

The Drum Cafe follows two main principles in order to achieve a successful group dynamic:

• Everyone plays the same Bass rhythm.

• Everyone listens to each other

If we can get the organization to follow these principles then as a group:

• We are able to build a community; more than just working together.

• We build a community that is non-competitive.

• We realize that we are all here for the same reason.

From the session with the Drum Cafe, your employees will come to understand that:

More than just working together, they are working together for the same shared goal.

Each person, no matter how small their part may be, has an important contribution to make to the whole, be it in the Drum Cafe event or in your company or company division.

Their contribution, no matter how small it is, manifests itself in the group, and what they get out, is ten times more than they put in.
